Been here twice now Both times was helped by John Regan I've had Verizon and Apple phones for 15 years and this store along with Mr Regan have been the best experience by far First visit I bought a new phone Upgraded And it took less then 20 min He was very helpful and it's obvious he cares about making his customers happy Second time was transferring my sons old phone to mine I had just upgraded from He remembered us and transferred everything within minutes It's becoming rarer and rarer to get good customer service these days I will not go to any other Verizon store as long as he's working there And the place was spotless Very clean and organized I'll also add we got there 5 min before they were even supposed to be open and lights were on Door unlocked and he was all set up waiting for customers I never leave reviews but he deserves it Very fast and friendly service like I said best Verizon store and service I've had in over 15 years Thanks again John R. Read moreThe gentleman who owns this store is an absolute saint and a pleasure to deal with. Verizon has changed their business model and I was unaware of the change. In the past, any location was able to assist. However,realizing this business model wasn't working for the company, customers now need to return to the location in which they have purchased a new device.Not being aware of this and totally screwed, this owner did everything he could and beyond to assist me. My newly purchased device (bought at a different location)failed and left me with no phone,no transportation (as I couldn't access uber),limited funds(unable 2 access online accts)on a 90 degree holiday week.He allowed me to utilize his company phone to call the 800 Verizon # for an extended amount of time until both he and the wonderful call center rep Jackie , got me setup w/ a working phone.Customer service like this is a rare gem these days! Read moreIn March, I purchased two Iphone 12s. There was a promotion, buy one get a second phone for $1.00. I paid for both phones at time of purchase. I have been duplicate billed for both phones for 5 months, $400 of fraudulent billing.. I have returned to the store 5 times to correct the issue and called Verizon customer service 6 times. I just spoke to Tiffany, she told me the store has no responsibility to correct the situation or to help me in any way. I spoke with Jake twice, he assured me that the billing would be corrected, it has not been corrected. At this point, I need to file complaints with the Attorney Generals Office and Better Business Bureau. I am disgusted with the incompetence and lack of integrity of this store.
