Subway — Restaurant in North Reading

I asked for extra veggies and they gave me 4 olives slices and 3 pickle slices asked for some shredded cheese they charged me $3 for a half of a pinch. I got a foot long and a drink and it was $20 I looked at the person at the register with surprise look and she was the one actually acting offended. I stopped in for a steak n cheese and got food poisoning. The two gentleman behind the counter were nice at least so I tipped them both 5 each. 2 hours after I left I went to the E.R. The next day I asked to speak to the owner keon, he called me back and didn't care at all. WARNING, found a bone in my sandwich and almost chipped my tooth! On top of that the sandwich tasted disgusting, almost like soap. Worst subway EVER. I love subway, quick and easy subs. However, this subway has to be one of the worst. They are always slow and the food always tastes old. I ordered online 15 minutes before my arrival and waited an extra 20 for my food to be ready.
