Mr. Hero — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

Oh mr. Hero I read your sign saying that you're understaffed and to please be patient and believe me I really really tried. Came in they were two people already waiting for their food and three people working your Grill sandwich making area and a manager who was cleaning the floor with a mop. It was 8 at night and so perhaps wanting to get out of there by 9 may have been the intention not really sure what time you close but when you have teenagers probably high school students cooking your food you need to be managing them and not disappearing into the back room when you have a line now forming. I was there for almost 30 minutes waiting for to Roman Burgers, I had seen food already in the window ready to go and not being bagged and given to the customers who had already paid and we're just standing there. There was a lot of confusion on the employee Parts with no Management in sight. This was such an awful experience. I get Social Distancing but the manager wouldn't even let both me and my partner in. When we finally were allowed in the manager also insisted she take the order along side with the cashier. It took them almost 15 minutes to try and get our order and we were so heated after our experience that we just up and left. That was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever encountered and definitely was not satisfied with how we were treated let alone how long it took just to try and order a simple Philly cheese steak. Ordered thru Doordash, was shorted and order of waffer fries and cheese. When I called the establishment they said that I could come get my missed items. I was not able to ( hence ordering thru Doordash). So I asked them to just reimburse my payment. They said they can't and they will put me on a list and I can get a free fry and cheese.
