Winged it and just Googled this place and called them up. I had a couple videos I wanted transferred to DVD and he was very kind to explain the process and even where they where located. Since I was in the neighborhood, I stopped in. He immediately greeted me and reassured what we had spoken over the phone. Fairly easy! Process took less than a week and my vhs were transferred to DVD. I'm not sure what pricing is for these types of things but found it fairly priced and not expensive. Now I can't really say how the quality is since this is actually a gift I'm doing but I am very excited to see the final outcome on Christmas! So for now I'm reviewing based on customer service and they were great. I would consider them again. Once I check out the dvd... will update on...

It was a pleasure dealing with Todd? I believe. We went through the pile of 8mm film, and discussed what I had, what could be done, and what to expect. What I didnt expect was such a quick turnaround, with excellent quality across all the reels that they could copy and even restore a bit. The film was up to 70 years old, and thanks to their tricks and know how, the picture quality was surprising to say the least. Finally, the cost. I would put the cost as reasonable plus as in a good way. Equipment like theirs does not come cheap, and the skills to run them take talent and experience. Would I use them again? Yes. Just picked up my DVD today that had my dad's 8mm film transferred onto it. Took it right home and watched it. It looked so good, especially for film that was about 50 years. The owners (sorry, I'm really bad remembering names 🙂) did such a wonderful job cleaning it up, blending it all together and even the music, which we told them to pick, was perfect and happened to be alot of Eagles songs, which my dad was a huge Eagles fan (so am I) and the other music was perfect to. You can tell just talking with them that they are very knowledgeable and care. Truly grateful to be able to watch these videos again after not seeing them for about 35+ years. Can't wait to take my other 8mm film in to be done and my camcorder disc's. So worth the...
