Topsail Dunes Homeowners Association — Local services in North Topsail Beach

I stopped by the main office while I was in the middle of a run this week. I needed water pretty badly, it was hot and extremely humid. I was told verbatim “we don’t do that here”. Y some older woman. Seriously? Water!? Luckily there’re was a public beach restroom not too far, they thankfully had water to spare. Was close to having a heat urgency. Can’t imagine what kind of person would deny a person water on a hot day where there is little to no shade. But then again,the 30 seconds it would have taken her to do so, she could have accomplished “something” other than sitting down at her desk and looking absent minded. I can only imagine how hard that must be for her. Cheers to all who have to interface with her…. Heh…. Bring your own water…. Can’t say I...

Been here several times over the years and for the last two stays the pool has been closed for several days each week. I've about had it with this place. I don't understand why it cannot be maintained properly. Is it a problem with the pool or the clientele? Either way, its a pain to drive 800 miles and be spending $1500 a week and not be able to enjoy an amenity that even trailer camps have.

OTOH, it is not the fault of the HOA or maintenance staff if tenants are careless or sloppy with how their children (ab)use the pool. So I will amend my earlier comments and note that it is a very pleasant location and the resort offers a good value for a nice place...

I have been enjoying vacations at the Topsail Dunes since I was a kid. The HOA is constantly improving this complex. By 2014 the entire outside should have new siding and a couple of years ago they add a decorative copper roof. The complex offers a large oceanfront pool, grilling areas, and tennis courts. On Treasure Realty's website there are many of these condos available and they have dozens of reviews from past guests at the Topsail Dunes.
