Coffee Joy — Restaurant in North Topsail Beach

I was a little confused about where to go to get to the coffee shop. It's inside a condo/vacation complex. Google directed me to the 1st entrance on the right, but the gate was closed there. At the 2nd entrance on the right, there's a little sign for the coffee shop. The sign says the coffee shop is open to the public, so you can go there even if you aren't staying on the property. Of course, nothing else on the property is for shop customers. The shop is in building 2, next to the real estate company. The sign on the side of the building says, "Beach Shop." Coffee Joy is in the beach shop. I will say it was worth a little confusion trying to figure out where to go. The coffee is fantastic, and I'm a bit of a coffee snob. The owners worked the shop and were great! I asked for a suggestion for a coffee drink. I went with their recommendation and got the latte with honey and cinnamon. It was delicious! The cost is a little higher than the other places I've tried here, but it's worth it. The coffee is smooth, not acidic, not burnt, and a nice medium blend. They have almond and oat milk for alternatives. I can't eat dairy, but the ice cream...
