Found this place by accident. My girl and I agreed the first place we saw for tacos we'd stop. It's a very small store with a butcher in the back along with a hot food window. The service was awesome and so was the al pastor and chorizo tacos! The manager let us know on Mondays and Wednesdays they do a buffet style option. We came back the next week and I tried 1 of everything. Cecina in salsa negra Chicharonnes in Salsa Verde, Cecina con nopales, just to name a few. EVERYTHING was phenomenal. Placed an order the day before to be picked up at 3 lady repeated order back to me multiple times. FIL Went to go pick up at 3 didn't have my order ready was giving him raw fish instead of what I ordered. Gave my fil what was cooked in the morning and when he got it home it was ice cold and I called the first girl told me it was cooked in the morning and then talked to a guy and he said he cooks it every hour and told me that it was fresh and it wouldn't be hot anymore by the time I took it home( we dont live far and its not 20 degrees out so it would be atleast warm).
