I will not return to this business they try to fínese people out their money. I recently bought a phone on the 26th so for the next month it will be due on the 26. So I call to see if the phone is on and why it’s not working the owner says it’s due on the 17 and I’m like but how if I get a month of service. He goes on saying that simple mobile have 26 days of service and giving me different numbers of services. So I tell him okay I call simple mobile to speak to one of the representatives and they confirm that all of the plans are monthly plans. Nothing lessssss so the owner is clearly lying selling people activated SIM cards already and people who don’t know are getting finesse and they don’t even know it. SMH also I told the woman who activated my phone does the phone work in Mexico she said yes. And when I spoke to the simple mobile representative they also said simple mobile doesn’t provide services outside of the United States . Clearly she don’t know what she selling they basically just selling to sell but not actually listening to what the customer NEED. Lost a week of service and also the phone doesn’t work in Mexico at all. (Person who has it recently moved to mexico ) so it really was a waste of money and a horrible experience I will not...

I agree with Juan Lopez I brung my phone in for a simple screen repair they told me a set price of $90 remind you I came in to get my screen repaired nothing else when I came and picked my phone up 3 hours later that $90 price went to $107 plus they charged me $35 for a battery port they said they're giving me a deal on because mine was bad remind you my phone was fully charged when I bring it in also I didn't bring it in for a battery port change just for the screen crack they should have never done the work without proper authorization even if that meant not doing the work at all very bad business would never recommend going here by the time I was done complaining telling them that I felt like I was being scammed they gave me a phone case and I paid $140 so $90 turned into $107 plus the $35 so I was well over the $90 that was previously quote to me .. oh yeah they saved me $10 on the battery port that I never needed that they installed anyways... So if you got a cracked screen you better think about going there to get it fixed especially if you're on a...

They fixed my galaxy s20 FE, the price was way better than any other place i had called, as well as the time it took was pretty quick. The lady was polite and informative aswell, making sure everything worked before i got my phone back

Edit: Had to come back same day because 1, screen was lot darker than before EVEN WITH max brightness up. 2, Battery was draining way too fast when it wasn't before. 3, Finger print no longer worked.

Anna was extremely kind and friendly and worked with me to order a new original screen which should come in 3-5 business days. She said my current aftermarket screen might be defective.

Once my new screen comes in and its replaced i will change my star reviews back to 5 stars

Edit #2, The new screen came in, Anna fixed it and made sure everything was fully functioning before i left the store. Everything that had been wrong with it before is now fixed (fingerprints and brightness). Only took around 30 minutes too, she was still as friendly as the first time. Hopefully i don't break my screen again but if i ever do id...
