We went to the store in Northampton with the intent of getting a new and comfortable mattress. The sales rep was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to try out each mattress in order to access which felt better. The mattresses are hand stitched and so well made and the one we picked is so comfortable! We are getting much better sleep now with no pains in the morning! They are handmade for each customer, so that takes about 3 weeks, and then they deliver it to you right around then. They are very good at keeping in touch with you throughout the process with texts and then call you close to your delivery. Very good customer service! So, we bought a mattress protector a with the mattress and we feel that the whole thing was well done and the cost was so very reasonable for the value! The mattress was set up by the delivery team and our sad old one was taken away. They left a gift of a nice Yankee Mattress coffee mug for us to enjoy a cuppa after a great night's sleep on our new Yankee Mattress! I recommend that you...

I'm so glad I went to Yankee Mattress in Northampton to purchase our beds. Tom is knowledgeable and was very helpful to me while trying to choose the right mattresses for myself and my son. I ended up ordering two full size sets. They were crafted and delivered within the promised time frame. The delivery team set our beds up quickly and precisely. The showroom floor was nice and had all of their beds on display. The salesman Tom was very friendly, answered all of our questions, guided us to the types of mattresses we preferred, and wasn't pushy. He didn't mind my 3 year old jumping on the bed as we tested them out. The quality of the mattresses seriously impressed us, we truly liked them more than other name brand mattresses, and the prices were so much lower! We purchased one of their silver collection mattresses. The best part is that they make the mattresses themselves, so if we need a repair or to have the mattress re-fitted to a different level of firmness, they do it themselves....
