This store CONSISTENTLY fails. I have worked in customer service, I have actually worked for Starbucks (2010-2014) and I normally give the benefit of the doubt but this store just can’t get it together. My order does not change, it’s a simple iced coffee with no sweetener and a splash of milk. The thing that gets me is they won’t admit when they’re wrong. Today they very obviously ran out of iced coffee, ok that happens; but when I noticed it was taking over 15 minutes past what time the app said the order would be ready I knew something was wrong. At this point I see someone fumbling around to brew a batch of iced coffee, they did not even know the setting for the brewer and had to go look it up. Most other Starbucks would let the customer know, hey we are out of iced coffee is there something else I can make for you? But no. When I asked point blank if they were out of iced coffee they just shrugged and said they would make more… never mind the people waiting for nearly 20 minutes for a single iced coffee. I stood there for about 5 minutes which big deal but when my order came up my name was called.
