I came to Jen to create pieces that eventually I could pass on to my children. Jen worked with me to come up with the design and was VERY PATIENT as I changed my mind several times. She truly just wanted me to be happy with the outcome. She even, (knowing me well) decided that the original concept wasn't going to be bold enough and send the samples back to be made bigger.
