My friend Linda, Helen, and I would meet up here for our lovely girl's chat and tea time. I love their wall art. One of the picture frames says "A cup of tea shared is happiness tasted and time well spent". So true!

The food is amazing. They have daily specials. I love the tomato soup, very rich but not overly done. Sandwiches and salads are with fresh ingredients and creatively done. They offer a variety of tea. It feels like a garden party or having lunch and tea at a good friend's house.

Just stopped into this quaint and cute lunch restaurant and was highly impressed. Everything I had to eat and drink was exceptional. Service was fast, friendly, and non-intrusive and the owner was present and happy to hear my thoughts on the meal. The tea was fantastic and I enjoyed sipping on a half pot throughout the meal. The seafood melt was creamy, buttery, and delicious with the perfect amount of crunch thanks to the English muffin it was set on. Tomato soup was bold and just a little tangy, which is everything you would want and more. Finished the meal off with a chocolate biscuit cake that was rich, satisfying, and highly enjoyable. I can not rate the food because one hour and 45 minutes after coming in, I still did not have it. I left. We had a large group with a reservation. We were told to study the menu upon arrival. An hour after arriving, the owner finally took our orders. 30 minutes later, we got tea. At 1:45 minutes after arrival and a simple order of a cup of soup, it still has not appeared. I needed to leave. Others finally got their food 2.5 hours after arrival. They were supposedly short staffed. I would have appreciated this as a warning so we could have made a decision earlier and gone elsewhere if we had only a an hour or two for the experience.
