The owner's customer service skills leave much to be desired. My mom went to Rouse's to order a presentation bouquet for my sister's burial service. The sales associate was very kind, expressed her sympathy and asked my Mom what type of flowers she wanted. When the associate provided the owner with the details of the order, he snapped at her saying they were too busy for this. The associate tried again, but he refused to take the order--for a singular, small bouquet--because he rudely claimed to be too busy. I realize everyone has bad days, but being rude to a grieving customer as well as his employee is a poor business decision.
