Chico's — Local services in Northfield Township

Honestly i hate to write reviews, but i just can’t keep this silence after my last few visits here. Last month i spent $2700 in this store, and I would think that the staff would be nicer? There sales signs were in the wrong spot, and items for few days I noticed since I was in the store few times in those few days, and I tried to point this to the sales person and manager Don. They were so resistant to admit they were wrong I told them to check their cameras, and they would see that the items, and signs were there for days! NO they were insisting someone moved it there, and were giving me ton of attention it was me! This is just so unpleasant, and unprofessional. I said to them the way I spent my money last month here I should be treated a little better, the sales person replied ohhhh me to!! I couldn’t believe the way those employees treated me, and on top of that i brought a friend with me who was visiting from Minneapolis, and she had never shopped at Chicos before! She loved it at first then she said to me to return everything you purchased last month! Honestly i might do that! The employees are very self centered this evening, and are acting as if they own this store! I truly hope the owner gets to read this since this is not okey. Your employees have their nose up in the air...
