Soma — Local services in Northfield Township

I walk inside the store with my daughter, she is 7. I wanted to look some bras and underwear for myself, my daughter was around me and she show me some bright colors of the underwear and said -Mom look this color …. Worker was behind us and she turn to my daughter and said -O you like thongs , do you wear thongs???!!! I looked at her in shock.. on my look she said O maybe you not, but your mom probably do… What is this? What kind of a story is this and the worker that works over there? I walked outside righ away.. such a worker should be reported!!!! This is my worst experience in any store!! And if anyone from this store read this reviews, please let her know that this...

I went in and asked for a fitting. Both employees looked right at me and acknowleged me, but someone else asked for something and they gave their full attention to the other customer instead and left me there waiting. The store manager was assisting the person and made sure they were taken care of before getting to me next, even though they could have asked her to wait and at least have me get ready to get measured while they helped the second...

I came in to the store today to exchange some things I bought online. Alyssa and Alana were so helpful, Alyssa helped both me and my elderly mom who is in a wheelchair and I can’t recommend this store...
