I’m genuinely surprised by all the good reviews on here. I went in for a cut and color and it was a disaster. Everyone was incredibly nice and it was a cute salon, but I think the girl who did my hair may have been brand new. I wanted to get highlights and slightly lighten my hair to help blend in the incoming grays. She suggested darkening it to hide the gray which didn’t make sense. Luckily another person came over and corrected her. She ended up not lightening my hair but she did do highlights. Except she accidentally bleached my highlights instead of lightening them. So then she had to add toner to correct her mistake (which she charged me for). My hair ended up looking ok. Not great but not as bad as it first did. The whole ordeal took over 3 hours and cost me over $200. It was the most expensive haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I normally cut and color my own hair but sometimes like to treat myself to having a professional do it. Normally it turns out well, but in this case I made a mistake going here. I had been looking for a new hairstylist because mine changed profesions and it's always so hard to find someone who cuts your hair just the way you like it, specially because I have such thick hair, they never seem to texturize it enough to make my head feel lighter. In my search a coworker, Carly, recommend this place. There was a mix up about scheduling times and I was reached out to see if I could go in at a different time, unfortunately with plans already made I was unable to but they were so accommodating and I was able to keep my appointment time. Jessi took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with my haircut! Most times when I go from long to short, stylists are afraid to cut too much and it's never the short length I was hopping for, but Jessi made sure that I left happy with they new style I chose for the fall/winter. Price was reasonable as well for the service I received and I was even able to Venmo Jessi a tip, as I never carry cash on me, so it was nice that they facilitated that option. I had a horrible experience at this salon when I went in for a balayage. I specifically asked if the stylist could raise my existing balayage up closer to the root. The results of my hair were honestly very disappointing and I left with my roots completely untouched. After the fact was told by the management that balayage is “not to the root” even though that is what I specifically asked for. To make matters worse, my hair was left feeling burnt and damaged from their products.

I tried to reach out to the salon to rectify the situation, but the manager took several days to get back to me. It was clear that my concerns were not a priority to them. I live over an hour away and have a very busy schedule, so returning to the salon was not an option for me. When I asked for a refund due to the poor service and damage, they refused to accommodate me.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and care from this salon and would not recommend...
