Brought my son's saxophone to the shop early August. They stated it would be available in about a week and I should be receiving a phone call regarding the repair quote the next day. I didn't receive the quote for over a week! I then had to follow up multiple times to check on the status of the repair. Their excuse? They had a bulk repair that had just come in and took precedent over my son's instrument that was waiting longer. THEN I follow up yet again about the status and they tell me that the neck to his sax is missing. Well, it was in the case when I dropped it off!!! So, they lost the neck!!! FINALLY received a call after one month of waiting for the repair to be complete that it was done . I went to pick it up, I bring up how long it took, the neck they lost.... no discount on the repair, no apology, nothing!!! I do not recommend going...

I think this is music central for music enthusiasts around the township. For individuals, groups or school bands. They have music rooms for individual lessons and practice. Accessories abound for instruments, music sheets, and instruments repair. One ask for lesson schedules and they give u an available time, better get it as they are always full. Have shared rest rooms for visitors...
