My father was in need of a new roof and we were very lucky that someone recommended Veterans Roofing. It was a very good experience from getting the quote to the finished project. John and Chad came out as the “reconnaissance team”. I thought they were going to just look at the roof and then return with a quote in a day or two. But instead they worked out the proposal right then and there and came in to give a presentation about their company and process. They started by showing us a video of our roof and what concerns they saw. We could see first hand what they saw and what they were talking about. They then spent time telling about their company - and you could see the pride they had in the company- why it is called Veterans Roofing, how the company works as a team , how they will only do a job in the best way, they showed a map to show places they have worked, they had product samples that would be used , and told of the steps that would be done. They were very much interested in proving themselves to us. John and Chad were also very personable making us feel relaxed in asking our questions and making sure we understood their company. They were able to get to our roof sooner than planned which was helpful for us. They also have a wonderful texting chain that keeps you in the loop (and the whole company chimes in- they are a fun bunch to text with😁). Javier was our next contact person as he was our project manager for the day of the work. He was great to work with and allowed us to ask any questions. He was on site for the entire project and would explain the process and concerns throughout the day. He sent plenty of texts to show exactly what was going on with pictures included. This was very helpful as we needed pictures for the homeowners insurance. Questions were also answered by John and other company members throughout the day. The team stayed for over 12 hours to get the job done as inclement winter weather was expected to come in that night. They cleaned up in the dark and spent the extra time to make sure all was good around the house and with our comfort in how the day went. Thank you Javier for making the day go smoothly for us! To the Veterans of this company - thank you for the service to our country and thank you for continuing to serve in a different way but one that still has pride and care for your customers. Next day update- more people to thank for final work and clean up: Owen, Connor, Jimmy, Taylor, Lucy, John. These wonderful people all helped in such a kind and friendly way with checking over our property and the neighbors for nails and other work related material as well as take the dumpster away, and office help for getting the final bill set as well as providing me the info needed to send to the insurance company. All were so personable and friendly and made conversation with us . Jimmy took care of a small wall patching that I thought would be a quick fix but he did it the right way with three layers and sanding and priming. He also kindly took down the ladder that we had brought up there so that my father didn’t have to do it. If you want an excellent job from a team that cares about their work and the company that they represent then please give them a call and get the process going. This 29 year old house has seen its fill of various, and dangerous storms. The trees hanging over roof, sap, tons of calkins lying atop of it year after year. Branches of all sizes constantly falling upon it, all those years of (me) walking on this roof, hanging Christmas lights, sometimes placing heavy objects upon it. All those years of beating, no damage. That my fellow brothers and sisters reading: this is known only as Gods blessings. Last season we discovered unseen damage caused by the aforementioned storms. After all the years past, it finally gave in. This required more prayer and trust in the Lords provision. Truth, this day in age with all reports of horrible deception to homeowners by business/repair owners and operators who else can one trust beside God! I thank Him He lead me in just that manner. And one day my wife spoke these words, "What about this (Veterans Roofing)? Something inside just hit me in the heart and felt right, comfortably soothing, as if I had known this company. After opposition from the insurance company and by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ through prayer, this gentleman named Chris shows up to assess the damages and while he was explaining and speaking as to what happened, God was in the midst! There wasn't an inclination of doubt in my mind or soul, Chris was awesome! Professional, precise, concise knowledgeable, intelligible, and spoke in a manner that both my wife and I could comprehend. We were both in agreement with what Chris had explained was needed to repair the damages that incurred over the years. No hidden agenda, no extras, just staight up truth of what was needed. At this point, in my heart, any others estimates were just a waste if time. Everything in me knew Veterans was the one! The crew and Andrew that handled the physical aspects of the job, were equally as awesome and worked straight through the day. Praise God! I know this is a lengthy evaluation but my brothers and sisters in need of a trusted housing repair or building needs, look no further than Veterans!!! If you're looking for true professional quality work and craftsmanship I promise, you too could and will be as happy and satisfied as my wife and I are.

I had an outstanding experience with Veterans Roofing LLC from start to finish. When I first contacted them, Ryan came out to inspect the roofs on both my house and garage. He didn't just do a surface inspection – he climbed onto the roofs to thoroughly assess whether I needed a full replacement, or just repairs. Once it was determined that both roofs needed to be replaced, Ryan walked me through the entire process in detail, answering all my questions, and making sure I understood every step. He stayed in regular contact with me while I gathered additional estimates, which gave me the confidence in my final decision to choose Veterans Roofing LLC for the job.

In addition to the roof replacements, I also decided to replace the gutters on my house and add new gutters to my garage. On the day, the project started, I couldn't be there because of work, but the project manager, Javier, kept me informed with detailed text, updates and photos throughout the process. His attention to detail was clear from the updates, and it gave me peace of mind, knowing the job was in capable hands.

The Veterans Roofing team that handled the removal and replacement of the roofs done an incredible job. They were professional, efficient, and took great care to protect my property by using drop cloths and tarps to contain the debris. They completed the work within the promised timeframe and addressed any damage to the underlying wood from the previous roof without cutting corners.

I was additionally impressed with the cleanup. Not only did the crew clean up thoroughly after the job was finished, but they also returned the next day for two additional cleanups to make sure my property was spotless. It's clear that Veterans Roofing LLC takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. They far surpassed my expectations in every aspect – from the sales representative Ryan to the project manager, Javier and the entire team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality workmanship were beyond impressive.
