Do you wanna buy products that dont work?! Then this is your place! Torches, enails, and vaporizers all break very quickly. I've been going to this headshop for 5 years but never will I return I bought a torch at this place, went to the store twice, because the first time I went the store the day after I bought the torch, the store supervisor told me it was user error on how I was filling the torch and that I needed a plastic tip instead of a metal tip can of butane.. how silly! I come back two days later, and he refuses to take back the 40 dollar torch I purchased I called the store owner from the card I was thrown at by the supervisor, and asked the owner if he was aware he was selling broken equipment and his store supervisor was refusing to take it back. The owner advised me that they loose money on returns and that he'll see what he can do about it. Right off the bat knowing I'll never get a call back from his sarcastic tone, I gave him my information and obviously haven't gotten a call back. The store supervisor, and store owner were extremely unprofessional on the way they executed the situation, their attentiveness, and the way they made it clear for me to know I was just another dollar they had made. Worst experience I've ever had at a headshop in my entire life as a Colorado native. The headshop 5280 down the street has better prices and the glass is not from China and is always branded to know where they come from. Super knowledgeable interrupted me to a certain vape pen with zero nicotine me letting him know that he was my first time there I didnāt know that they had a 24 hour return policy and Iām not one to constantly hit my vape pen Fast-forward To today, Friday charged up my vape pen and have still about 90% juice left in my vape pen when I hit the vape pen Iām getting nothing because the device is defaulted I called this morning and the gentleman told me to bring the vape pen in. I brought the vape pen in today around 3 oāclock and was directed to the manager and the manager said he could not help me out. I showed him that thereās still about 90% juice in the vape pen and the battery was charged and he told me that there was a 24 hour return policy the first man that helped me out on Sunday did not inform me about this 24 hour roll and there was no signs visible to the eye where you can actually see that there is a 24 hour return policy. The manager just pointed it and I still couldnāt find the sign that states 24 hour return policy only. With the lack of help from the manager, I just threw my vape pen in their trash on the way out waste of $35 and would honestly recommend going to the vape shop off...

My favorite is a gentleman named One, he NEVER let's me down when it comes to what vape juice to buy. The only thing is a wish they had a wider variety of Geekvape pens. The majority of vapes they carry are Smok but due to the fact I ran into problems with TWO, EXPENSIVE, Smok vapes recently, I've decided to try another brand. Unfortunately, I had to go to another shop to find something outside of Smok that isn't one of those huge mods that I find intimidating lol. I gave the owner personal feedback regarding Geekvape pens, so rather than loss a loyal customers business again, he decided to take a pick of my vape and told me to come by 2 weeks from now. That would give him enough time for him to order and get them in. I feel that by him doing that, he exceeds customer expectations and satisfaction!
