Incredibly disappointed with the awful customer service I received with my order that I never received after waiting nearly 2 hours for it (1 hour longer than the given wait time). I ordered through Door Dash and my driver was there for 1 hour waiting. He was finally told they were wrapping up my order. 5 mins later I get a call from my driver saying there was a problem and handed the phone to the cashier. The cashier said that they made my order but it had been picked up already. I told him I have not received my order, so not sure who picked it up and perhaps it wasn’t the right person/driver. Cashier then told me he confirmed it was a door dash driver who picked it up and that they set my order out and now it’s gone. I told him again that it must have been picked up by the wrong person and that I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours, so now what? He said again my order is gone. I asked what their process is to confirm people are picking up the right orders, because if they are all just sitting on shelves anyone can come in and grab whatever, and he...

I found this place on Google reviews and was really excited to try it!!

The flavors were good, but the pizza was very undercooked. We got a large Detroit style pizza and when you lifted up a slice, the slice would go limp and it couldn’t hold up even remotely by itself. The toppings would just slide off the slice. The person eating it with me also (unprompted) made a comment that it’s raw. We had to throw it back in the oven to let it cook a little more. If I were to order again, I would ask for the well-done option.

I also got a Cajun crust for $2 and the flavors, to me, were really subtle. I don’t think it was worth the money and I don’t see myself getting the flavored crust addition again (maybe it would’ve been different on a round pizza).

The food was really good. I got vegan cheese and they put the perfect amount so it didn’t get stuck in my teeth. Also got extra sauce and they put some dollop on top of the cheese it and that was like chefs kiss incredible. Second pizza is a normal pepperoni with Parmesan crust. The sauce is SO thick and I’m a saucy kind of gal, the best kind of sauce in my opinion.

Only bummer was I got it off DoorDash because I was going to get it delivered but then it wasn’t available so I just switched it to pick up instead. The site didn’t properly reflect the wait time, so I ended up sitting there waiting for 30 minutes for the pizza. I would have came later had I known, it was a bit...
