I started shopping at Chou Chou years ago and candidly, felt that the clothes were not really my style. Amazingly though, I would buy a piece here and a piece there only to discover that months later, my Chou Chou pieces were my favorites. There were three sales associates present, but not one acknowledged me—not even a simple “hello” or “can I help you find something?” Strangely, the moment other customers who looked like them walked in, they were greeted right away.

We were browsing and looking around, and not once did anyone ask if we needed help or even make eye contact. The staff was completely disengaged and rude. It honestly makes you wonder how they stay in business with that level of customer service.
