Penny Linn Flagship Store — Local services in Norwalk

How great it was to finally make it up to Rowayton from NYC to shop Penny Linn in person! This shop was so special and so far beyond anything we have in the city.

The overall look and feel of the space and their branding is so adorable. We loved how much space there was to shop and how well it was organized. It made it a lot less overwhelming to want to look through every single canvas. Their branding and store design also just lends itself so well to a fun little girly pop outing with personality!

Beyond their product offering and the store itself, what a truly remarkable team they have. All of their shop girls were so adorable in the cutest outfits, and they were beyond kind and accommodating to us - answering all of our questions and searching their stock for items we had seen online. When we left, we all remarked on how different the store experience was for us compared to the experiences we have at home in NYC. I can’t wait to come back...

Our mother/daughter visit was absolutely wonderful! We braved the summer Friday traffic to visit Penny Linn’s Flagship store and it did not disappoint. Missy was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us find the perfect treads for our new projects. I’ve been to other needlepoint stores where there is lack of willingness to engage with customers. I drove an hour each way to pick up thread I preordered for a project so I’d have it in time for a trip. I arrived 45 minutes prior to closing. The staff half-heartedly welcomed me, and somehow made me feel like I didn’t belong there. I might have shopped more but their vibe made me leave pretty quickly.
