Three Guys Appliances — Local services in Norwich

In December I purchased 3 items a Microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The experience was good the salesman helped me look at items and helped me find what I was after. I paid in full and paid to have them delivered, they did shortly after, the 2 delivery men were a bit rough and damaged my interior door but it was here and in one piece, so I can repair the door and paint which I did not mention. The microwave we plugged in and immediately didn’t work. I washed out the refrigerator and felt like it had a smell and not getting as cold as it should be and the Dishwashers cord was cut The next day I drove 45 mins to the store with the microwave and told them my concerns with each other item. I left the microwave, which they promptly fixed and the tech came out, handed me the microwave and tested it infront of me. Opens the refrigerator and said it’s cold.. went to the kitchen and said the dishwasher needs a plug, you can get it at homedepot and send me the bill. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. The freezer is not freezing only keeping stuff cold and after we got the dishwasher operational it flooded my floor because the pump was bad! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! Buy used on marketplace.. there’s a reason they have 1.5 stars… you can’t give...

Stay away. Stay far, far away. You are better off on Facebook marketplace than coming here if you're looking for used appliances. They sell junk that they know is broken and don't give refunds. Just bought a dryer from them. Got it home. Didn't work. Called them. Supposedly a tech was going to come check and repair it. Tech never came. Brought the dryer back. Now I have to choose between the rest of the junk they have in the shop. Can't get a refund. Finally pick out the dryer that I hope will work (can't test it). The second dryer cost $58 less than the first. They won't refund the difference.

Don't get tempted. This place needs to go out of business. I have no issue with their basic business premise, but they do not stand behind what they sell, and in the end, there is about an 80% chance you're going to end up shafted. Trust what these reviews are telling you, it's true. Learn from our mistakes....

Went to look for used refrigerator after ours stopped working. Prices were decent and chose one, my husband asked seller if it was tested and was working well and was told yes, all are checked. Brought home and attempted to hook up water. Part came off back of fridge and water sprayed out. My husband called and was told by seller that he would look to see if he had the part. After calling back three times was told he had the part, brought home and didn't fit. Went back with the part and seller said that because my husband signed warranty paper he wasn't going to supply the part...don't believe a thing you are told, apparently the appliances aren't fully tested and they don't care if it's working or not. Would think that they would want happy customers so that they return and tell others they were fairly...
