Nottawa Wild Bird Supply — Local services in Nottawa Township

One of the suction cups to the Aspects Jewel Box Window Hummingbird Feeder did not stick to the window. No hummingbirds would drink from the Aspects Hummzinger HighView Mini 8oz, perhaps because I had attached the Hummzinger Nectar Guard Tips (which was hard to do, because the ports were malformed). Worst of all, since August 29 I have been asking Nottawa Wild Bird Supply to send a “sucker” that sticks or how to return the items with no response. It is now September 23. I wanted to support a small business, but I will go back to Amazon because they are so much easier...

I seldom leave any business a 5-Star review, but if someone deserves one, Nottawa does! They packaged my bird feeder so well, it would have survived the trip to North Carolina if it had been made of glass! I ship glass a lot and I buy glass too, but most of the time it comes to me poorly wrapped and packaged. They left me Thank you notes, peppermint candy from Red Bird, and went over the top with their customer service! Looks like I'll be ordering from Nottawa Wild Bird Supply again...

I have used Nottawa Bird Supply for years and love their kind thoughtful and quick online service:~) Adam and his team do a wonderful job and I am very grateful for all the bird foods they supply on their easy to use website. I buy loads of suet from them and all the wild birds and nighttime flying squirrels in our garden really appreciate it! Many thanks to you all for serving us so well...
