Jervis is great! My computer was stuck in a boot loop and I tried EVERYTHING I could think of (and google) to get it fixed and I simply didn't have what it took. Jervis did! He fixed it for me in just a few hours and had my computer back to me by the end of the day all cinched up and working perfectly - and for a reasonable price!
