Birthday Party Spa Glam Birthday — Local services in Nutley

My daughter had her birthday party there recently, and it was amazing!! I’ve never experienced better service in a party venue. They created custom invitations for her and mailed them to my house within just a few days. No need to order custom invitations from Etsy- these were just as beautiful! Celeste answered all of my questions (I had many) and accommodated last minute changes- including our decision to add the pink limo, which ended up being a total hit! As soon as we walked into the place, we were amazed at how beautiful, clean, and organized everything was. I am a teacher so I pay very close attention to detail, and everything about this place was absolute perfection! I had several party hosts, all of which were wonderful! One host, in particular, stood out because of her patience and gentleness with the girls. I commented on how well she worked with the children, and she mentioned that she is also a teacher. That explained everything. She made the day extra special and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! It shows the quality of the people that work here- nothing but the best for the birthday princess! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to pamper the birthday child and little friends. The place is so cute and fancy, and the girls really enjoyed getting their nails and hair done, doing their cucumber facials, dancing, walking on the “runway,” and performing as a fabulous little “band.” The cake was also included in the package, and it was beautiful AND delicious! the girls that work here make an effort but need more experience. the owner has a B*%# attitude... Dear GG well when you have a staff talking about their boyfriends and their personal life instead of interacting with the birthday girl and all the other little girls. there is a problema. when your staff is not making sure those girls are having a "GLAMOUR TIME" there is a leak when your staff dont polish the nails a least to pretend that there a doing a good job there is a leak. when a simple nail get ruin and your staff looks the other way pretending they didnt see they did a horrible job polishing those nails there is a leak. when your "MANAGER" in your words which I dont know her name and is a name you as the person in charge to replying to reviews should know. walks in like everyone stunk and not acknowledging anyone in there and just asking who is the mother?an information by the way she should have. and then saying Did you took care of it . well there is a leak. that "manager" should've walk in saying Hi may I speak with so, and so introduce herself ask her did your child had a great time? how was everything? and so on and that information if she took care of it. she shoul've ask her staff and also look in the book where she pretended she was looking into. to see if she took care of it in her words which by the way we certainly did. and how can you even approach someone that walks in such a manner . btw cold pizza horrible nail polishing not organize , unattentive . We had my daughters birthday party here on 9/16/18. Everything was wonderful. First we walk into a pink salon with sequins and shimmer everywhere. They have a stage with a shoe chair, a drum set and a microphone. There is a small runway and through the back, more glimmer with a dressing room of beautiful dresses, a table for food and cake and a nail dryer. The girls arrived, picked nail colors, had their nails and makeup done and changed into a cute dress of their choice. Then each child was announced for a runway show. After that, they put on music for dancing and then karaoke. The owner took pictures of all the girls and printed a group picture for each girl, my mother, and myself. She then took pics of my daughter, my mother, and I and printed those for us to take. She is emailing us all the other pictures. For the price and what we got, it is more than worth it. The pizza and beverages were included. The assistants were great with the girls....patient and sweet and worked quickly when serving the food and cake. Some of the girls said that they want to have their party there. All in all I highly recommend. Some of the moms and I were saying we would love to do an adult girls party there lol.
