I am beyond disappointed with this place. I was under a great deal of stress on my wedding day when my mother picked up my wedding cake and it was not at all what I ordered. The cake was supposed to be a white heart and instead i was given an off white guitar pick shaped cake. The writing looked like it was done by a first grader. At first I was calm and told them I did not like the writing on the cake. I didn’t even complain about the shape even though it was not a heart. I asked them to fix the writing and the owner was so rude and not accommodating. She said if the lady we wrote it it would look the same as she was the only one that writes on cakes. My sister and cousin then went to ask for her to wipe the writing off and supply us with icing as we were going to find someone else to fix the writing. the owner said no. They offered to pay… she said no. I asked for a refund and she wanted to take the cake back and leave me with no wedding cake. I then grew very stressed and began becoming visibly upset. She kept saying I was out of line. I assured her I am the customer. She did not care one bit. Imagine the great deal of stress I was under 2 hours before walking down the aisle?! She then wiped off the writing with no refund or discount for my cousin to then go to shoprite buy icing and find someone else to write on the cake. My cousin asked her how much longer as she had to get to the church in 30 minutes and the owner said “well your gonna be late”. The owner is extremely rude, unapologetic, and not accommodating. I will never ever return back. This cake was not done by a professional. I will never recommend again to anybody. I have shared this story with many and they have to had similar experiences. I could of gotten past the horrible cake if the owner wasn’t so terrible to her customers!!!! If she even offered a discount I would not be posting this review or would not of been visibly upset!!! But this cake was not worth what I paid. Terrible...

me and my best friend had some of the most intense munchies of our lives; trouble shooting back and forth about what we should do to fill our cravings , my friend suggested we journey down to this cute bakery , da vinci, and get a nice sweet treat. this sounded like a fantastic idea. so on foot we hiked an uncomfortable 25 minutes. now let me preface by saying : we love nutella. nutella in our smoothies nutella in a bowl nutella nutella nutella. so to our excitement we walk into this store and see a beautiful cake with the words written in fresh chocolate icing “nutella” beautiful. so naturally i spend my last 30 dollars on said cake. happy with our purchase my friend and i headed back home to delve into our nutella paradise. we eagerly grabbed the forks. grabbed the knives. we cut in. there was not a SINGLE dollop of nutella. and let me tell you we looked. we carved our fork tongs into the spongy sides of this DRY and CRUMBLING cake and not once were we successful in finding the gold. instead was this gooey, unappetizing, flavorless chocolate moose. not even the decorative chocolate balls on the top of the cake contained the one thing we were advertised. promised, even. to our dismay we decided to give up on our munchies and carried out the rest of our trip unsatisfied and hungry. i haven’t had any other of their baked goods.im sure they are wonderful and the workers seemed sweet. this is more of a warning to my fellow nutella lovers and a cry of shame to the owner. never in my life have i felt so blind sided. don’t sell a nutella cake without nutella in it. it’s cruel. anyway. don’t get the nutella cake here if you actually want nutella. chocolate moose lovers, if you exist, this is the...
