I never go out of my way to leave a review but after having such a wonderful experience, I knew I had to make it a priority. From the minute I called in, the receptionist Danielle, was such a delight to speak with! She informed me that appointments were booked until August but she did the impossible and was able to schedule me in way sooner! I entered into the salon & right away noticed it was nice and clean and not hectic like most salons with women everywhere and waiting. Rosanna greeted me and I was seated in the chair within 10-15 minutes from arriving. I showed her the color I wanted & asked if it would suit me, she informed me it would. My hair was now in Rosanna’s hands and boy did she amaze me! I love the color, the cut and the styling. Ive been getting my hair done with Rosanna since 2018. When I first came to her my hair was up to my glutes my natural hair is dark brown and I had different tones of blonde from jumping around to different stylists. She was successfully able to get my hair into a one toned beautiful platinum blonde. At one point I felt spontaneous and had her do my hair blue which I loved. After having a baby I decided to go for a new look and we cut my hair short almost shoulder length still keeping the platinum blonde. And after all these years of platinum blonde my hair has grown back healthy and is very long all over again. Blondes, Beware — Master Colorist? More Like Master Mess.

Let’s normalize being honest when asked, “Do you know how to do blonde hair?” I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for years — not for the owner, but for the few stylists who actually know what they’re doing when it comes to blondes.

I made the mistake of trusting the so-called “master colorist” after not touching my hair for an entire year. Huge regret. For $280, I expected professional results — not brassy, uneven, yellow-toned hair that clearly shows in every filtered photo posted. Filters won’t hide the lack of skill.

If you’re a stylist and a client sits in your chair asking for a service outside your level — just say so. There’s no shame in turning down work that’s not in your wheelhouse.
