If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this dispensary was absolutely awful. I went in to purchase my medication and instead of receiving basic customer service, I was met with hostility and disrespect. The owner actually tried to force me into dealing only with him, and when I had an anxiety attack because of the pressure, he made it clear I wouldn’t be allowed to get my medication otherwise.

This is beyond unprofessional — it’s manipulative and cruel, especially considering this is supposed to be a medical environment where people come for relief and care. Instead, I was treated like a problem and left feeling worse than when I came in.

If you value your health, your dignity, or even just decent human interaction, I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely. There are plenty of dispensaries where compassion and respect come first — sadly, this is not...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Other locations like clarksburg seem fine. However I have had issues in the past with rude employees here, and this time was even worse. Not only did they give me an open 8th bag yesterday, resulting in an extra trip back to the dispensary, when I got home last night I found one of the carts was defective and product had leaked out of the cart into the plastic piece on the bottom and into the box itself. When I called this morning to inform them of what happened, the women who answered the phone told me they would not replace it. An entire Gram cart from seed and strain that can’t be used due to no fault of my own, that I won’t be compensated for?! Absolutely will not be back, I’d rather drive to Fairmont or Weston.
