Aji Ramen is a true gem that every ramen lover must visit! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Now, let’s talk about the food! The portions are huge, and the ramen here is simply amazing! Each bowl is a perfect harmony of rich, flavorful broth, impeccably cooked noodles, and fresh toppings. Every slurp was a delightful experience that kept me wanting more. The fried noodles, too, were outstanding – crispy, savory, and just the right amount of satisfying.

But what truly stole the show for me were the crab and cream cheese puffs. I can confidently say they are the best I've encountered at any restaurant in Hawaii! These puffs are incredibly light, bursting with creamy goodness, and filled with a perfect blend of tender crab meat. They are truly a must-try!

• Beef Curry Rice - curry is on the sweet side so if you like it spicy, add some chili powder and chili oil! It has tender BEEF CHUNKS 🤤 • Combo Set; Wonton Soup, 4pc Gyoza, and you pick one side (I went with chicken katsu curry) - The wonton soup broth is so good! Plus the wontons were pretty large compared to the little wonton dots you get from other places. The chicken katsu was CRISPY and again, curry on the sweet side so add spices as you will, same goes for gyoza sauce! I luv that I can make my own gyoza sauce! • Chicken Skin - ….like...

The stafd here is very friendly and accommodating particularly thr guy who assisted us. Always had a smile on his face. He even gave my daughter a special plate and cup for kids. Thrn after our meal, gave our daughter a scoop of strawberry ice cream for free. Simple gestures like that really count.

We ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and Honey Garlic Chicken. Both were really good and flavorful.
