Koa Pancake House — Restaurant in Hawaii

At the Waipahu Koa Pancake House location. The service was great, the atmosphere was great. But My husband had ordered the Denver Omelet and it was oily. For myself I had order the full stack of pancakes which were Great, But I also ordered the Traditional eggs Benedict which for me the egg yolk was hard ( it's suppose to be yokey). The lettuce and tomato had brown on it and that Potatos were under cooked! As the have great service and a great atmosphere, THERE FOOD IS NOT SO GREAT. I have been going to the Koa Pancake House in Kaneohe for years, and I thought I would try this one, (because we live in ewa beach now) and it would be the same, But it us not! I approached the counter around 10:00am and I could barely hear myself or the lady with very short hair and red tshirt. I clearly told her I wanted rice, sausage no egg, I also wanted hash brown and bacon. I told her I couldn’t hear her because of the music being too loud. The server almost gave my food away and all I got was bacon and hash brown. 10 mins went by and went to the counter and found out the red shirt lady only charged me for what I got hash brown and bacon. Strip mall, tiny pancake house. You order your own food at the front and then they bring it to you. Took about 20 minutes until the food was brought out. Very crowded, very small space with others standing around right next to you waiting for their order because there is nowhere else to stand. Definitely not what I expected by the reviews. We are a family of 5 just looking for a good breakfast spot and this place put us all on edge with frustration. Will never return unless it is for takeout.
