Mililani Farmers' Market — Local services in Oʻahu

First time at this farmer's market, and I really enjoyed it! Parking was easy, there was a hand sanitizer station, and no standing in line for a half hour for each vendor. Social distancing applied. Good mix of prepared foods, fresh local produce, specialty items (fresh mochi, pickles, ka'u coffee) and local eggs!

I have been going to the Ward Saturday farmers market, but the long lines and overly crowded lot makes me grumpy and nervous the whole time I'm there.

The Milani Farmers Market is the absolute opposite of that. Vendor Tents are spaced apart well, and you don't feel like you're navigating a crowded tin can. The vendors are kind, and the prices are good. Go...

Local farmer market. You can expect to get local fresh vegetables and fruits. Also half of the vendors are selling food or drinks. They all look good, just gotta go at the right time next time.

Worth checking out if you are looking for local fruits and vegetables. If you are a tourist, you probably don't have to visit, unless you are looking to get something to eat. It only took 15 mins or so to look around as I wasn't planning on getting fruits or veggies, however some of the stands do have to go fruit containers which are worth getting.

Today was the first time I visited this market. There are no parking issues, they practice social distancing, and provided hand sanitizer. I saw eggs 7.00 for 18 eggs and a good selection of vegetables. Papaya from .99 to 1.49 per lbs. They also sell plants - succulents. There were many spots that were selling food which looked pretty good. Anyway my idea was to purchase local but its not always cheaper or better quality...
