Revolution Mattress — Local services in O’Fallon

This is the absolute best mattress store ever! Kevin and Lisa are such wonderful Christian people, the kind of people I'd like to be friends with and not just customers from. They really do run their store in a manner counter to the extorting practices of the mainline chains. They were very knowledgeable and caring and helpful for me and my fiancee to find the perfect mattress and frame for what we were looking for! (And we had some odd constraints since we were wanting a mattress close to the floor.) We got a near-top-of-the-line mattress plus a frame plus two fancy-foam pillows plus a top-end mattress protector for a little over $700, where just an equivalent mattress from a mainline mattress store would have cost closer to $740 (and that's after the "just for you" price slash at the other store). And then Kevin and Lisa were so gracious as to let us keep the mattress and frame there in their shop in the back for a couple months until our new condo was ready for us to load it into. Then Kevin was ready bright and early that morning to help me pack and load the mattress and frame into my moving truck, and he did so very deftly and carefully so that it wouldn't be damaged in transport. These are wonderful people and you need to support their business! They don't make the profit margins other stores do because of their gracious and fair practices, and need the support and the publicity. I will definitely be going to them for my future mattress needs! They definitely merit the 5 stars...

If you are looking for a new mattress then this is the place to go. Kevin and Lisa were amazing to work with. My husband and I were looking at upgrading from a Queen to a King and were contemplating a split king with adjustable base....but dreading the price!! Big box stores charge ridiculous amounts for them. We stopped into Revolution Mattress after finding them online and reading other wonderful reviews about them. We were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately by Kevin who listened as we explained what we were looking for. He took the time to explain all mattress options and we never felt rushed. He understands what a big purchase this is and really spends a lot of time with each customer to make sure that they find the perfect mattress. We came back a couple of times because we were unsure which mattress we wanted (we had it narrowed down to a couple). He remembered us each time we came in and was as attentive to us as the first time we visited. Kevin and Lisa are the nicest people and don't mark up their prices sky high to make a profit. They are fair and reasonable mom and pop store and are an asset to the community. I wish all stores were modeled after the way Kevin and Lisa...

Great customer service! Very pleased all around. They assisted in finding the right mattress for our needs not just trying to sell the most expensive. They listened. When we had an issue with our new mattress, they asked questions, gave us more than one solution that included options not requiring us to buy a new foundation. Offered to come to our home to look at the problem. We decided on a new foundation. It fixed the problem, forbthe most part, immediately, not the 3 weeks he suggested. A noticeable difference. The mattress is still in the process of becoming correct but is definitely on its way. Every day is a little better. It's like sleeping on a brand new mattress all over again with proper support. So pleased they helped find the real problem rather than the hassle of just constantly replacing the mattress which he completely offered to do if a new foundation did not work to rid the mattress of hills and valleys.
