I was waiting for the restaurant, JJ's, to open, so we could go in and have lunch. While I was sitting in the truck looking around, I noticed this business. I liked the name and the appeal from the front of the store. They are just a few doors down from JJ's, in the same shopping mall. I decided to go check thee store out. Besides not only was it appealing, I liked that it was a beauty salon. I was excited to walk in and check everything out. When I walked in, I was greeted with a kind, genuine smile. They had just had a delivery not minutes before I walked in. So there were a couple of packages in the corner. They apologized for the "mess" and offered to move it. I thought that was an excellent show of customer service. I was trying to decide on what color nail polish I liked. She came by and was very friendly. She maintained a happy, friendly, informative conversation with me. While I was browsing around and finally found the colors of nail polish I wanted, I went to the checkout. I was treated with courtious and respectful attitude. My experience here was absolutely fabulous. I will be returning for more nail polish. I am so excited to see another Black Owned Beauty Supply in the area. We at Lake St. Louis Beauty Supply, LLC understand the time, effort, and honesty, the struggle that goes into opening a store. This is no easy feat. DeNericka Spann-Hopkins and her husband Derek have worked tireless to meet this store open. We applaud them and wish them many years of success. Ri-Kyia’s Beauty Supply you must visit. My experience each time has been awesome in store and online. I received my online order in less than a week. The store is very classy and the presentation is off the chain. I was greeted by a beautiful couple that mentioned they had recently opened. I was amazed by the patience and willingness to help me find the products I was looking for. I like the fact they have many products to help you with your healthy hair care regimen.
