Walgreens — Local services in O’Fallon

This location really needs to get it together. I used to use the location on Central School Road & I never had any issues. I recently moved near this location on South K & have used it twice and it has been awful each time. I got a vaccine there in October and one in November. Went on weekdays and there were no customers waiting in the pharmacy. Both times it took over 30 minutes because the staff forgot that I was waiting. I will not be using this location again for anything, no matter how close it is...

Scheduled some immunizations to take place at the Walgreens at K. and technology on July 25 at 10:10. Made the appointment on the morning of the 25th. Got a confirmation five minutes before my appointment drove all the way up here from Defiance to find out that there are no immunizations at this location and they didn’t bother to let me know...

Melanie in the pharmacy is absolutely the best person there that’s ever interacted with me. She makes everything easy, she’s unbelievably nice, and she always finds a solution to any problems.
