My husband and I walked into the Starbucks at Mexico Rd. and mid rivers mall drive in St. Peters. We ordered andwaited about 30 minutes and still had not been served. Numerous people walked in and picked up their drinks while we continued to wait. I'm pretty sure they ordered on line. So, after waiting about 40 minutes, my husband asked for his money back. The cashier couldn't even find our order! Wow. I've noticed during the last six months that our orders were taking longer and longer to make. While Starbucks (on a sign in the store, no less) openly says walk-ins' orders will be bumped by on-line orders, I have a problem with this! Starbucks has essentially told us they no longer value our business. I believe that location needs to get their s**t together and better serve ALL their customers. To the manager- you should be ashamed. While I've thought all along Starbucks an excellent and well run company, no more! You've lost me as a customer. Read moreI don't know what it is about Tuesday evenings at Starbucks, but it's rarely a good experience. We always grab a coffee or beverage around 6/630 on Tuesday evenings on our way to church. There's three of us, and all get a drink. This week, we decided to try this location because the other way is so slow or incorrect. We ordered a pumpkin spice latte and 2 dragonfruit refreshers with a splash of green tea. We always order on the app. We get there 10 min later. No customers, and they haven't even started our drinks. Sadly, this is always the case for us. It took about 8 minutes after we got there 18-20 min after the order through the app to get our drinks. This is with no other customers there. Read moreI've been going to this starbucks for about 5 years now, a regular, and to say i'm disappointed is an understatement. Most of the baristas are absolutely wonderful but today was a completely different story. I ordered two grande brown sugar frappuccino's from the new strato menu. We got up to the window and paid our total and were asked if we wanted the strato drinks and not a frappuccino with brown sugar in it. Thats fine, some clarification would have been nice at the actual speaker, after i have already paid i asked for the rest of my change back as there was a price difference as to what they put into the system, and what i had asked for. They then tried to refund my order and pay with a card instead, sadly I didnt have money on my card, which is why i used cash.
