The food was good but they forgot to give us all the food. I called them to refund for the po boy shrimp order that we did not get. The employee said they realized the mistake even though the waitress and young man had double checked our order and said we can pick up because they do not deliver. So I asked for a refund. He said he couldn't do but someone else will in a few minutes. Then I got a call from someone saying he was the owner and because of their mistake he was refunding the full amount of our order. I thanked him and verified that what he said of refund was correct. But the following day I got another call by someone who also said he was the owner Sam and wanted my credit card number to recharge us for food. He threaten to take further action if I didn't give him card or go by to pay for refund that was told we would get. He then said if I was comfortable stealing food, that it was ok but he was not comfortable with us stealing food and that it was not fair that money would come out of the employee who made mistake. The owner was rude and was money hungry. They lost my business because of situation. I would not recommend going there at all. It's not so much about the money but that he offered full refund and then calls mext day to say it was a mistake. How do I know he was the real owner. He said it was an employee who called the night before and they made a mistake by refunding us. I told him that once refund showed up on my credit card I would drive and give them my card but I was not going to give my personal information over the phone. But that was not good enough. He...

Staying in a hotel nearby and tried this place out on a whim. We have five kids, and this place seemed casual enough to handle our gang. I honestly had low expectations looking through the menu as well... Mediterranean fare as well as Southern dishes? Seemed odd. As soon as I tried their complimentary gumbo samples, I knew I had misjudged this place. In fact, all of my picky eaters tasted some gumbo and couldn't get enough. Our food came out and every single thing we tried was delicious. The kabobs we're fantastic, the burger, the Po Boy sandwich, the Philly cheese steak sandwich, the breaded shrimp, the hush puppies, fried dough...and oh my gosh, and the warm pita and hummus! So, so good. So good in fact that every one wanted to come back the very next night of our stay. The staff was so sweet and friendly and brought out a box of toys for the kids to choose from. It seemed way too empty for a Friday night, so I felt like they deserved a review, which I...

I usually don't write reviews. If the food is good or the service is what I expect than it must be ok. BUT THIS PLACE! OUTSTANDING. First time every and it was fantastic! We ordered our dinner for pickup and choice the pick two appetizers and they were great. Fried mushrooms and the fried pickles. My wife ordered catfish filets and I did the tilapia. More food than we could eat at one sitting. The fried shrimp was the best I have ever tasted. Sam (owner) offered a small sample of the gumbo. Mind you I am not a soup eater and I just knew I wasn't going to like gumbo. Well. I was proven wrong. You MUST get the gumbo it was great. Southern dishes have some spice to them, this was not over bearing. Just the right amount of "kick" to every thing. Let you tell you about the green beans. Better yet, go they them and you write the review on how like them.

Great place. Good luck to Sam and all his crew at his resturant. God...

This is the place! The BEST Mediterranean spot we have had in Missouri. The flavors were absolutely amazing. Great Service, and a huge amount of leftovers. We had falafel with garlic sauce, mixed shawarma grill, and kefta with rice, salad, and warmed grilled pitas. Falafel, a chickpea fritter of sorts, were crisp, seasoned, and balanced. Mixed Grill Shawarma, sliced meat from a spit, was so tender and delicious. 1st time trying Kefta, a skewered meat patty usually grilled over a flame, and it did not disappoint. The meat was tender, and you can see the holes where the skewer pierced the meat. Our server was so nice and patient with us. It's a busy parking lot, but they have plenty of seats inside. If you are a fan of Mediterranean food or you want to try something different, give this spot a try. You will not be disappointed.

The ambience was really nice—warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal. The portion sizes were generous, definitely great value if you’re someone who appreciates hearty servings. As for the food, it was okay but not outstanding. Some dishes were nicely seasoned, but others felt a bit underwhelming compared to other Mediterranean spots I’ve tried in Missouri. The flavors were mild and fresh, but I was hoping for a little more authenticity and boldness. That said, it’s still a good option if you’re in the mood for Mediterranean and want a comfortable dining experience with good service and plenty of food for the price.
