I set a hair trial for my wedding with the salon and there was some miscommunication about what I requested during the trial.I tried to contact the managers who were unavailable, so I wrote a very polite email about the trial, emphasized I still wanted to work with them, but they wrote back almost a week later (even though I requested them to call) arguing every point I discussed in the email and said that what I was looking for wouldn't be attainable for my hair color and texture (I'm Filipino with pretty average hair) even though I've done the requested style myself. I asked again for them to call to discuss but there was no return call or email response till 4 days later when I requested to cancel the service. They immediately responded to the cancellation email. I live out of state and gone to many stylists who have styled my hair with ease. This is a very inexperienced business with horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Hannah Eagen from Bliss personally messaged me on Facebook and confronted me because I canceled 2 appointments that I was asked to pre-book to win a Botox gift card before I got home and realized I was unhappy with my hair coloring and pricing, so I canceled the appointments.Hannah reached out to me on fb (not friends with her, first time she did my hair). She said:

I’m not really sure if these were previously scheduled appointments, but I’ve had 2 cancellations from you on my books. I’m going to assume it was intentional since it was twice.

I reminded Hannah that I responded “no” to both text message appointment reminders as it prompted me to do so on the text. Assuming Hannah knows how the text message appointment reminders works, I’m not sure why she had to personally reach out to me and ask me if I intentionally booked and canceled with her since I was very unhappy with my hair and the outrageous amount she charged.
