I have mixed feelings about this place. We came here for the first time and when you walk in, the place looks great. It was somewhat busy so they took us to the back room which was about half full. Our table was wet, the carpet under us was soaked so obviously there was a spill here recently and there was a piece of melting ice on my chair. When I sat down, the chair was unstable and the seat was cracked and was cutting into my leg. There was no one behind us so I swapped chairs and that was that. We waited at least 15-20 min for our waiter to come overto take our drink orders. He informed us that he was backed up on orders and wanted to get them all in. By that time we knew what we wanted to eat too so we ordered our food as well. Another 15 min later, drinks finally come out. So we are here for half an hour already and finally get our drinks. It would be another 20 before our food came out. Our food was delicious, we have no complaints there at all but the service was extremely slow. Our waiter apologized every time he approached our table so he knew. Then when we were finished, he never came over so I had to approach him at the bar and give him my debit card and ask for a box so we could leave. The waiter was very nice and apologetic but the wait times were just ridiculous! We didn't have anywhere to be but we really didn't need to be here for 1.5 hours. Despite the delicious food, I don't think it's worth it for us...
Read moreToday was by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE my classmates and I experienced by the “HOSTESS” which as an older day at the front door.
After every nursing exam, my friends and I come to this particular grill to chill and have a good time, USUALLY the service is good. We ALWAYS tip our waiter VERY WELL & SPEND a lot of money here dinning and having drinks.
But today was the total opposite! The hostess treated us like pure trash, didn’t want to seat us, had an attitude because they were “VERY BUSY”, was extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & had extremely POOR hospitality. WE DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL!!! I asked for a sweet tea, she rudely stated “at this establishment we don’t specialize in sweet tea, feel free to use sugar!”
We asked to move to a table closer to the window to get a little sun because it was very cold by the door she sat us at. When we got to the table, we cracked the shade up “VERY SLIGHTLY “ so that the heat from the sunlight could be on my friend who suffers from anemia, the hostess (an old bitter lady) walks to our table , and very disrespectful told us to keep our hands off things, & do not to touch her shades, leaned in my face and proceeded to be disrespectful. After bragging about this place so often to faculty and peers at our college, we will NEVER BE BACK TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS...
Read moreI try so hard to enjoy this place because the staff seem friendly and the food is amazing. All 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had Talina? That’s what it said on the receipt at least. Older white woman. First time I went there she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes when I asked for something a little special. Not like she actually makes it, so what business is it to her. She doesn’t seem to care at all. She either hates working there or haters people. This last time I was there she took absolutely forever to grab beers, kinda looks like she kept forgetting because she’d go to other tables, look over at mine, and then show body language she forgot. It wasn’t a busy night in her section at all. She just doesn’t care what I say. Like if she asks is there anything else I can get you, the n in no and she’s already disappeared from the table. It happened to other people all 3 times as well. I’m just never going to come here again because I don’t want to go out having to wait forever for drinks and feel like a burden to someone who either gates people or hates her job.
OTHER THAN THAT Food is amazing. You get amazing portions for a good price. The atmosphere there is very warm and friendly. The other staff seem so much nicer. As long as you don’t have her, you’ll have a good...
