This guy is the absolute real deal. He really is killing the market in the entire Pittsburgh/PA area for pc repairs and troubleshooting. Not only is he good with software and knowledgeable how to diagnose problems, but he’s also great at repairing hardware and delicate items. He goes above and beyond to check everything, and he will only recommend what you need. He treats your pc with respect, it doesn’t matter what kind of pc it is. If it is the latest pc model, or older model with a Nvidia 970, he will treat your system with respect and get it working the way it should. He will do all this work for you, treat your system with respect, and get it working toward brand new for an extremely fair price. Doesn’t break your bank at all. I had to drive three different times to oversee and check out what was going on with the process and installation, it’s about a half hour drive for me each way. Even then I didn’t mind because of the way he treated my pc and handled it. He will make sure everything is right before sending you home with your system. If there is a problem he will still come make it right. The environment is extremely chill, he’s a good dude to be around, and I’ve never felt more comfortable in my life being around someone providing a pc service like this and handling my pc. I had an issue with my PC: the hard drive was constantly at 100% usage and I had no idea why. At first, I thought it might be a virus, but Joseph, from the tech service, quickly ruled that out with clear and well-explained reasoning. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. Even though I’m just an amateur when it comes to this stuff, I understood everything because he explained it with patience and in simple terms.

What really surprised me was that he explained the entire process step by step — all through text messages — and I was still able to follow along perfectly. He took the time to answer every question with calm and detail. Honestly, his communication was amazing.

Not only did he solve the problem, but he also recommended and installed a 2TB storage upgrade, which made a huge difference in my PC’s performance. On top of that, he gave me several helpful tips for maintenance and long-term care. For example, he noticed that my graphics card was very heavy and recommended a support bracket to avoid potential damage to the motherboard in the future — something I never would have thought of.

I had trouble with my laptop over heating and when I was idle and gaming and I went to a different laptop repair company and the second the saw that it had a liquid metal thermal paste they didn't want to touch it with a 6 foot pool and told me to contact asus to see if they could fix it.

When I did asus told me it would take at least 140 dollars just to check it out and see what's wrong with it and then give me a new price to fix the overheating.

Then I talked to many different laptop repair shops and no one could help me, until I went to afford a pc I asked if they could fix my laptop and with in a few minutes of the call understood my problem and helped me find and easy solution to fix my laptop. I just had to buy a liquid metal repair kit of Amazon for 18 dollars, I then took it to Joseph and he cleaned up my laptop and replaced the liquid metal while teaching me how to do it myself in the future something most people won't do as they want the money. And after everything was said and done he only charged me 30 dollars for the repair which shows how affordable it is, and he even checked up on me to see how my laptop is doing.
