It's a GameStop. The employees are nice like a solid 90 percent of the time, which helps a lot. The other 10 percent can be pretty frustrating though. Most recent example would be being told I don't need to bring a receipt (because they can look me up in the system) for my preorder then waiting at a midnight release and being told I can't get my preorder without it. Partially my fault as I shouldn't have relied on two different personnel to maintain the same standard but I'd much rather they didn't give me faulty info. Prices are typical GameStop prices, if you're looking for trade in value there's better places in town, but the selection is there along with the typical knick knacks.
