I think another review said it best...others may go gaga over this place, but for us, The Peach Cobbler Factory is at the bottom of our list of dessert destinations. My two teenage sons and I were excited to try the The Peach Cobbler Factory. We were all highly disappointed. Location: 3/5: Not too shabby...located in a strip mall near Wal-Mart in Oak Grove, KY. Enough parking. Easy in , easy out. Ambiance: 2/5: There isn't one. There is more ambiance at White House Dairy Freeze than at The Peach Cobbler Factory. I do not know what I was expecting, but bare orange minimalistic was not it. Unfortunately, we just weren't feeling it. Value for $$: 2/5: Expensive for the quantity and expensive for the quality. Cuisine: 2/5: The place was out of the first three items we asked for, so we settled on peach cobbler and Cinnamon Praline Peach cobbler. Both of my sons said that it was okay, but nothing to name a store after. I did not finish my cobbler...in my opinion, the cobbler really wasn't worth it. Services: 2/5: The young lady at the front counter was not rude, though she definitely was not friendly or helpful either. We were the only three customers in the shop that evening, and we still waited and waited and waited. After our desserts arrived, the two young people working that evening went back to a table off to the side and got back on their phones. Hygiene: 2/5: Beware, NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS, not even a sink to wash your hands. A dessert place that doesn't have a location to wash the sticky off your hands is kinda silly. Our table had sticky spots on it, but nothing we didn't wipe off ourselves, the napkin holder had sticky stuff on it, and my son's chair also had sticky stuff on it. Other than that, the place appeared clean. Recommend: 0/5: We will not be back.

Okay, so… I’ll say this. . . . Firstly.. all cobblers were sent in warm. Puddings were cold of course. If I could have one of these for life it would be the Sweet Potato Pecan cobbler (featured first). Yo, this is like thanksgiving in a cup! 2nd pic: Caramel Apple Cobbler- I like this! Definitely a beautiful combination of salty sweet and softness. I like how it wasn’t overly sweet! 3rd pic: Peach Cobbler- granted, that this is literally the name of the company. I feel like this one should’ve shined a bit more. It was good but didn’t seem special- and what I mean by “special” is.. it didn’t taste like yo granny made it especially for you kinda “special” know what I mean? 4 pic- Cinnamon Peach Praline: So this one really didn’t make my list but because I ordered it, it has to go last. When I first tasted it, I was really confused. First thought was: what flavor is this? Second thought: Dang, I ordered peach cobbler twice? Did I really order this? Wait.. this is not peach cobbler! It’s that Praline!! Lol The texture for me was a little bit tougher than the cobblers- not sure if it was supposed to be that way? It’s a Praline..(lemme go google what that is lol) it also was a tad bit sweeter than the cobblers I ordered. Ok, now to the puddings. I’ll skip right to the verdict… They all tasted like banana pudding with [insert topping/flavor] so.. I ordered… Nutella, Oreo, Red Velvet …. Banana pudding. The toppings were casted away by the banana flavor. I didn’t like those. I hope I explained my experience well. enjoy your experience here! Oh!! Don’t forget to order the Sweet Potato cup of heaven!!!! Soooo tasty!!! :( I was sad I ordered the red velvet twice darnit! Lol

The cinnamon roll is not fluffy and soft like it claims to be on the menu. This place is too expensive for mid tasting rolls and cobbler. The only thing I like is their NY Cheesecake banana pudding. Still little pricy but it didn’t phase me nearly as much cause was worth it - bc I could eat half and eat The other half a different night. Pretty yummy. No complaints there , but adventuring out to Other sweets off the menu, was a bad bad bad idea. The cookies are terrible , the cinnamon roll, and the cobbler. 👎 I feel really bad but there’s just no way to justify the pricing for the way it tastes. Y’all gotta lower The prices or make it taste like it’s worth the $10. +

We were greeted immediately and given as much time needed to make our order choices. The cashier was friendly. We were the only ones in the restaurant right before our food was ready so we lingered around and admired the decor. About 5-10 minutes tops our order was ready and the associate who prepared it came around the corner and handed it to me in a very pleasant, upbeat tone. She did request for me to leave a review and I definitely knew I wanted to as they deserve to be bragged on. Customer service was on point, pricing is to be expected, and omg the 1st taste of our desserts and we were sold! I got the OG banana pudding, one kid got an Oreo shake, one got a giant cookie, and the other got the OG pudding like me. I’m particular about my banana pudding and although the cookies aren’t soft in theirs (to be expected) I am a fan for sure. Great job guys!!! We’ll be back...
