We came on the fourth of July and thanked them for being open on a holiday. We also tipped thankfully too. Even though my order was messed up twice due to the language barrier that the cook coming out had. No problem it can be hard. It happens. Our waitress was sweet, but I think the cook struggled to get the order right from language barriers. Which is fine. The third time I got my order it was right. I ate here and fed my 11 month old what I ate. Which was the chicken pulled tacos. I also had their salsa, rice and beans. The next day we were vomiting and other unmentionables. I told myself it could have been the Mexican food I got. However. My husband confirmed it, when he ate the refrigerated left overs of mine. It was the only food we all had eaten in common in the previous 24 hours. He has been sick for two days. I believe the pulled chicken is what gave my baby food poisoning, myself food poisoning and my husband food poisoning. To say that I am flustered is an understatement. There are food laws and guidelines in place for a reason. Food poisoning comes from not following food protocols. If my 11 month old baby is sick from unsafe food handling and preparations that is just the worst feeling ever. I wish this was me being harsh but food poisoning is unacceptable. Especially when it's family dining... This is so sad to me because this was my first time here and my baby got so very sick. Thank you for getting back to me, please, please have your chicken checked. I would stop serving it immediately. It could have been a bad delivered batch of chicken. I don't know. I know things like this never mean to happen. I feel awful leaving the review but this was terrible, terrible, for my...
Read moreMy wife and I enjoy Mexican food. My wife enjoys it more than I do, but I love this place. Arracheras is my favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is so flavorful and not like every other Mexican restaurant.
We have tried their burritos, nachos, steak and Birria tacos. Everything has always been good and consistent. The salsa is always so fresh and flavorful! The cheese is just thick enough that it sticks to you chip instead of just running off. We honestly could just eat chips, cheese and salsa, but if we did that, we would miss out on all rest of the goodness.
They have a large selection of of drinks. We have tried a few 😉 Kimberly loves the jalapeno margarita and cucumber margarita. The cazuelita is a very refreshing drink for sharing 😉
Last, but not least … the owners and staff are simply amazing! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. If you have questions, they are right there to help. Michelle was our service this time and she was wonderful. Owners, Primo and Luis so so kind. My wife knew them from many yrs back and the first time we came to Arracheras they remembered her and welcomed us in with smiles. It was a comforting feeling 🥰

Read moreAs I was totally for trying a new restaurant, I had failed to notice that this experience wasn’t at all what we had planned for…
We ordered our food… and we got actual that… just our food & drinks. That was it… the waitress was very distant… We have placed our order, food arrived & that was the end of the interaction with our waitress (Janice)She left & took a seat at the bar with other waitress. The wild part was my wife wanting a to go plate & she had to go get the plate herself. Now the time came for us to roll out & we had to get the lady that clear the plates from the table to get the check…
I don’t think 🤔 it’s a problem but my wife was concerned due to the level of unprofessionalism, but I was content due to I asked for food.. I got food… I asked for drinks…and guess what I got a drink… but I didn’t care about anything else… I would NOT recommend this spot for two reasons:
If you expect anything other than what you asked for… If you expect anything other than, come in, sit down, get your drink, get your food & get out.
I would highly recommend you spend another 90 seconds and drive down to Cazadores … they will provide you with an all around...
