I just feel so lucky that we chose Ardo to evaluate my ring. My wedding ring didn't fit anymore, because I lost weight a while ago. I hadn't worn my ring a for a long time, because of it. Instead of trying to size the ring Ardo suggested a ring guard. He also buffed the ring out, and cleaned it.

Although we've been married for 14 years, I never had a wedding band. We FINALLY found a Wedding band at Dreams of Gold!!! Ardo gave us a great deal! My husband didn't have a wedding band, because we could never find a right size-- he is a half size, and rings were just very expensive, but there was a perfect band that incredibly matched mine, and we were able to buy it on the spot! He had to add gold to it, and the turn around was so quick! It just made our holiday, and FINALLY we had our COMPLETE wedding set! We are so grateful to Ardo.

The owner, Mr. Ardo, is such a gentleman and an excellent service professional. He is patient and willing to help. I have a 25 year old tennis bracelet that broke in the same area and after I had it repaired I was told by another jeweler to trade it in for a new one because it will break again due to the age and long term wear and tear. Well, Mr. Ardo asked me to let him fix it and I trusted him. He called me when it was ready and when I saw my bracelet, he had repaired the break so well it wasn't noticeable and he also cleaned and shined the bracelet leaving it with a beautiful, polished finish. I was overwhelmed in a good way. I'm so glad I trusted him and he has earned a new customer for life. He charged a fair price for the repair and he did an exceptional job repairing it. I chose not make a purchase. I came in with my child looking for chains, willing to buy under 2 conditions:right price and excellent service. Service was a hard O.K. The owner was very condescending. He also tossed the chain on the counter the entire time, and I tried on at least 6 chains. This may be normal for some but for me I cannot bear these actions or the tone of someone being annoyed with me asking educated questions on matters pertaining to a piece that I'll wear forever. Ppl talk trash about millineals going to "YouTube university" but treat ppl with a condescending attitude when asking questions. "What clasp, how much does it weight, what type of chain is this'" he repeatedly responded "idk" with his hands in the air.
