I am appalled at the absolute terrible customer service, discrimination, and harassment I received while attempting to dine at this local Subway. I eat at Subway often being at least every week if not multiple times each week, just not this particular location. Therefore, I am accustomed to the way in which Subway conducts business and treats their guests. However, my experience was everything absent of what the Subway brand suggests. Upon entering no one greeted me as usually they do. There were two visible employees with one in the back and the other making a sub for the only other patron in the store at the time. Upon finishing the sub being made a young lady with braids styled in piggy tails came to the end of the counter where the sandwich making experience begins and just gave me a disgusted look as if she hated she even had to assist me. I just proceeded to tell her what type of bread, sub size, and type of sub I wanted. After cutting the bread she looked up at me and yelled “STOP.” I proceeded by saying “excuse me?” She the repeated her self saying “I said stop! You have a look.” I’m not sure what that means or meant, but the way it was received was far from enlightening. I then spoke up and said “ never mind I’m fine. Do you look at people when you conduct business? It’s the professional thing to do.” I then proceeded by walking out of the store and going to another restaurant which was not a Subway. I am very bothered by her actions. She was black and so was the guy who was the other patron and she never harassed him or made any disrespectful comments to him. However, as soon as I came and was the only white person it was a problem. I would hate to believe that race was an issue, but it definitely can’t go unrecognized. This store is ran very unprofessionally and the comments on google reflect that. I would suggests this young lady is reprimanded immediately to prevent further instances of harassment and discrimination. I will never eat at this store and I am appalled that Subway would allow its brand to be represented as such. It will definitely be a long time before I chose or recommend Subway because there is way too many options for this horrible customer service to be a consumer...
Read moreI have been a patron of this store before as it was the closest Subway. I have also come here much more recently for deliveries. I tolerated my first encounter with them as a delivery driver despite the rudeness of the male employee as if I have inconvenienced him by having to pick up an order that a customer has already paid for. My second encounter was not much better. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. He asked me who I was picking up for then rudely cut me off as I tried to give the names and told me five more minutes. There were two other customers that had fairly uncomplicated orders but this man didn't bother to help his female coworker complete the orders. I kept track of the time and it took her about ten minutes to complete the order as the man stood in the back doing absolutely nothing. The fem employee was pleasant enough but the male employees in this place are plain rude and have no sense of customer service. Thank you to the fem employee. I'm sorry that you have to carry the burden of having to deal with coworkers like that. I would never patronize this place again. If you hate customer service, maybe you shouldn't...
Read moreYour Google website says you open at 8am....i arrived at 845am. The door was locked. I waited in my car. The door "hours sign" had 8am scratched off to say 9am. I approached the door at previsly 9am. It was freezing. The employee saw me shivering and waved that she saw me. She then proceeded to continue setting up, taking chairs down etc... she turned the sign on at 9:05 and unlocked the door and walked away, she easily could of pushed it open for me and smiled and said good morning but she didn't. The only bread available was white or wheat. She informed the others wouldn't be ready for 30-45 minutes. So I got white, it was stale from the night before. I ordered off the breakfast menu... there are 4 options on the breakfast menu... they all come with egg. I got the black forest ham and egg. She must not have heard the egg part because she forgot it. When I let her know she seemed irritated with me. I asked for mayo she squirted a huge amount on one side and nothing on the other. And apparently you dont carry the creamy siracha mayo anymore? She was not cheerful and seemed unhappy...
