Zero stars for Alex. Filing a complaint on him. Gets upset with me over an issue because he doesn’t know how to handle it. I’ve been to these stores 4 and 5x calling customer service. Spending hours out of my day!!!!! Trying to handle a fraudulent issue that I encountered dealing with Metro PCS. Being set up with internet service on a phone line that I never had access to. As Alex proceeds to get agitated. He asks ME to leave and refuse me service because I’m “screaming”. I was not “screaming”. But now you’re telling me to leave and that I’m screaming- now I AM screaming and ready to flip. I’m pissed! No one from Metro is doing their job. Costing me time and money. 800 number tells me what the stores should be doing. The stores talking about they can’t do that. Had to call his supervisor on the spot. I was even on the phone with a customer service rep at the time he’s telling me to leave. Spoke with Billy and Maria who were so HELPFUL and who get 5 stars from me. And helped to secure my internet again. Alex - So rude and unprofessional!!! Thank you Billy and Maria for your help. Alex needs better training. It was easy for him to tell me just to leave because he didn’t know what he was doing. Unfortunately- You don’t just get to tell customers to leave because you’re frustrated and don’t know how to handle issues. I really would’ve been pissed having to drive around and go to another store. And you would’ve lost a customer. If it wasn’t for Billy and Maria I would’ve been cancelled this account. I don’t even do pre-paid anything because it’s low budget. Then to have to deal with low budget attitudes....

Especially since I just got off the phone with a representative who had me come into location to get a phone and complete transaction. The person on phone said THAT METRO dosnt have Promotions anymore and whoever i spoke with was misinformed. I SAID ThERE IS A PROMOTION FOR METRO FLEX LOYAL CUSTOMERS...I didn't want to argue I just asked for her name and the stores ID because when I speak back to customer service they will ask for that. SHE WAS TALKING THROUGH NEW ASSOCIATES SPEAKER PHONE. WHEN I PERSISTED ABOUT THE INFO TO LET CORPORATE KNOW LETI SAID I WAS BEING DISREPECTFUL AND THEY WOULD NOT BE HELPING ME. I WAS NOT LOUD RUDE DISRESPECTFUL OR IRATE. I EXPLAINED I WAS PROFESSIONAL AND BEING THROROUGH SO WHEN ASKED BY CORPORATE WHICH STORE WASNT HONORING CORPORATE PROMOTIONS I HAD CORRECT LOCATION AND NAME. IF THEY ARE A FRANCHISE AND DONT WANT TO HONOR POLICIES OF METRO THATS FINE I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I DIDNT DRIVE 45MIN TO ARGUE BE DISMISSED OR DEVALUED AS A CUSTOMER.
