I Have never buy a car from a dealership and after a experience like this one I don't think I will ever buy from a dealership like this. Next time I will take my business to a well known and better rated dealership. I was looking for a bmw and found one I really liked at this dealership because of the color was the only reason I loved the car so much. I found the same exact car with less miles at another dealership for the same exact price I wish I would of have taken it. The headache from this dealership wasn't worth it. First off if they tell you that the car comes with warranty for 30 days don't hold your breath you might pass out before they validate your warranty. Second off don't believe a word that comes out of Jason the sale's rep's mouth. He is so good at what he does he really does fit the part of a used car dealership really sucks he couldn't be a doctor or Mechanic. We all know how they tell the truth. Anyways on to my experience I never had to finance a car so I didn't know what to do hoping the dealership would of have explained it to me they told me it's a easy process go to the bank get approved bring the paperwork back to them and drive off with the car. It was a friday around 2 in the afternoon I went to the bank because jason told me that the lady was waiting on me to sign papers. After rushing over to the bank I was told that she didn't have anything ready because she didn't know I was even coming she told me it was take at least 24 hour's to put everything together. I went back to the dealership and told them what happen they insisted I take the car and that I can come back tomorrow and sign paper work. I firmly said no I am not taking a car until it's officially mine's. I live a hour away from the dealership I went home and came back the next day to the bank. After finishing up with the lady at the bank i asked her 3 time's is this all I need to do she said yes. I then brought the paperwork to the dealership. They made me sign paperwork with them and I was done i drove the car home. So I taught. On weds the owner and jason called me and cussed and yelled at me to bring there car back or they would call the cops they claim I didn't give them the correct paperwork for the car and that I stole there car. They called me while i was at work I told them I was busy and couldn't talk I will call them right back when I am free. They said they were coming to my job to pick up the car. When I called the bank she told me it was a bank error I asked her to call the dealership and let them know. She did and they still accused me of stealing there car. Two week's after having the car the transmission started kicking. I never took the car back That's now bad of a experience I had with these guys They are friendly to get your business and take your money but could care less bout you once they got that. IF you ask me it's like a ex girlfriend and I am sorry I don't do reruns on t.v. so won't be doing it...

Not professional at all. The man who "helped" me was only interested in himself at one point after a weeks worth of speaking to him. I wanted to test drive a vehicle and he blatantly said no because he needed me to do paperwork and also wanted to make sure I had the money to buy the vehicle first l. I told him I am not buying a vehicle that I cant test drive. Every vehicle I looked at were "clean" on the exterior at least most. But very dirty on the inside. Although I did have the money, though didnt reveal that due to increased pressure tactics. I was told to go to another dealership and come back when I was serious about getting into a car. When asked to speak to a manager later after I had left (whom I had seen roaming the lot) was told he was in Miami and would not be back. When I asked when, I was given I dont know. hady customer service for one, for two, unkempt car, and three very overpriced. Dont buy a car from here period. For the few cars they had, every time I would ask the year, just year alone, the guy had to look at the website. Very shady stuff beyond that. If you are the manager and are reading this, you...

i didnt want to give a star.,it made me give them a star...These people are Scam artist...dont rent from them..the couldnt get me financed and say my refund non refundable.AND HAD MY CAR REPOD...INSTEAD OF SAYING BRING CAR BACK IN..I lost my job because of this AND MY DAUGHTER INSULIN WAS IN CAR...WILL COST ME 80.00 TO GET MY STUFF BACK...AND NOW I GOT A REPO ON CREDIT because the bank wouldnt finance me because they couldnt verify job... I HAD CAR SINCE 5/21 THEY REPO IT 6/17...BUT I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT...I PROMISE IT WILL COST THEM MORE ...they will not get away with this....stay away they sell lemons CAR STARTED SLUGGING AFTER 2 WEEKS CVT TRANSMISSION PROBLEM..THEY ARE very crooked and they WRITE good reviews for their self to look good....Rosanna is the worst very poor professional skills...they never gave me a copy of my contract..never got me financed they LIKE dealing with miami finance companies so they can whoop u out your money....DONT RENT FROM THEM IT WILL BE YOUR WORST MISTAKE..WORST CARLOT EVER...I LEARNED MY LESSON...RUN...
