Do NOT do business with this 'company'. My boyfriend and I drove down an hour and a half to see a car with a rebuilt title. (The engine was never reported of having any issues, it had been in a collision and the courts deemed it totaled). He originally gave us the wrong address so that we wouldn't see the bad reviews on Google. After we called him, and Googled the correct address, we saw a bunch of reviews saying he's shady and a scammer. This was a red flag but we wanted to see how the car handled before making any decisions. It was in good shape, we checked everything, the body, the engine, the underside etc. We went to test drive it, and it drove wonderfully, but it had an error message on the dash that said "airbag system (srs) problem". He didn't mention it to us, and it was never listed online. The air bag needed replaced and it would have cost upwards of 5k extra to repair properly. We told him this and he basically did everything in his power to brush it off. We ended up still feeling off put by him and took ot over to Autozone to have a diagnostic done, and it came back clean. At this point, we had been there for 3 hours just making perfectly sure this is something we're happy with, and okay with spending money on.( we had continuously asked him if it was okay that we're spending so much time, and if he needs us to make a quicker decision we will, and he said "its okay, i know it takes time, take all the time you need. This is just how car sales work dont worry.") We get back to the lot, and tell him we would like to buy it right now. He tells us someone else is there too look at it, He gave us a lot of time to look at it, and he wants to give someone else the chance to look too. They test drove it for like 10-15 minutes, came back, and immediate started signing the papers for it. He called us back and said that they were already in his office signing the papers for it. After spending 5 hours of our day making sure it was in good condition, and going to last a while, he decided last minute to sell it to someone else behind our backs. If you take your time seriously, and respect yourself enough not to deal with shady people like Sidi, you will...
Read moreThe worst OBT experience you will ever find. Sidi, the owner, threatened to call the police and file a restraining order against me this morning June 28th 2022 for simply coming to try to talk about the car he sold me. He promised me he did basic maintenance on the car and I was foolish enough to believe him. (he drove 1500 miles to and fro work to save gas) It has been only 20 days since purchase and I have experienced it all. CHECK ENGINE (cylinder one misfire) , hybrid battery replacement (2k), flat tire (understandable), ABS brake actuator error code (hydraulic control system), ETC. I understand the car is 8 years old and has 150k miles on it, but the salesman told me directly that the car had been maintained and I should have ZERO issues to worry about driving. Now after $500 tune up and $2000 battery replacement I am facing probably couple thousand more dollars in service and parts due to the past and ongoing issues. Tune up did not rid the car of check engine lights after a week of driving, most likely will need new ignition coils now. The car starts and runs fine ATM but when its parked or accelerating 0-20 MPH, it rattles like its about to pop out the hood. Does not feel safe whatsoever. Sidi, the owner, was a very nice person at first but once he gets your money and you’re indebted to him, he will treat you like a number. I have contacted the banks but most likely will not be compensated. Please do not go here and please spread the news to stop these kinds of fraudulent activities. I forgot to mention the seller assigned the wrong address on the car’s registration as well, I have visited the DMV and they require up to 90 days to change. After all this, what did I just spend over 17k for? a broken car straight outta OBT, overlooked by...
Read moreI was very concerned about working with this dealership based on the reviews, although I did find all positive reviews on cargurus. But because the 2008 Highlander Hybrid I was looking at had only 132000 miles compared to all the others in the same price range had 200,000 or more I wanted to see if it was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to check it out. Plus it's got a salvage title. So I called and spoke with Sidi and told him due to the title issue I'm offering $1200 less then the asking price which he agreed to. I told him that because I'm not local I needed to do a facetime call to look at the SUV and he agreed. We set it up for the next day and he went all around it, inside, under the hood and anything I asked. Once that was done I told him I wanted it inspected, to which he agreed. I set up an appointment at a shop about 15 minutes from his place and he had it taken there for me. I really couldn't ask for more then that. I'm a very demanding buyer and he agreed to everything I asked. I bought it...
