Zach is dishonest. When he quotes you a price make sure he does not state that the accessories are part of a bundle to get a deal marketed by corporate. For example, if a $150 phone is priced down to $50 with a new line + plan + activation, make sure he does not try to get you to pay extra for accessories that you may not need. He’ll try to state that the accessories must be sold as a bundle to get the corporate discount on the phone per store policy in order to get a commission. But won’t be able to show you that written store policy. And if it was needed to purchase accessories to get the deal, why would that information not be included in the corporate terms and conditions? If you need accessories, great, but make sure he explains his quoted price upfront and fully itemized if you don’t. If l could give a zero l would. Got Family plan, unlimited five lines at $25 a month. The bring your own device was puck. None of our phones would work so l bought 5 new phones and paid a chunk then. I set up automatic payments to come out of my bank account each month. After two months, l reviewed my bank statements and saw Boost was charging $250 a month instead of the $125. Couldn't get help from the store because their computers were down. I was told to call 611 customer service, which l did. After 10 minutes of this guy telling me what l had paid, l finally got him to listen: l know what l paid, why am l being charged double and can he fix it. He said NO. I have been to multiple stores and multiple pro viders in the last year. Boost mobile is the best I have found but this store in particular was the best hands down. Store number 39274. We ever you are it's worth the drive. Ms. Kenzie and Ms. Alexandria were the most helpful,kind, and knowledgeable people I have dealt with. I hope Boost realizes the assets they have in these ladies and use them to train the rest of their employees. Thank you ladies for making my first phone activation experience enjoyable. It's the first time I have left a phone store and not felt like I just got ripped off as if I was at used car lot. 5 stars all the way.
