Edit 03/12/25 Ok so I figured maybe I was a little harsh with my last review I mean thing's happen could've just been someone having a bad day or something idk. But I decide to give the place another shot because I've sold a lot cards here and majority time great experience. Well I'm not sure if they're under new ownership or what but I walk in few minutes ago I'm greeted soon as I entered and conversation went like this: Turn1: good afternoon what can I do for you today? Me: wanted see about selling some cards. Turn1: ok cool let me see what you've got Me: hands cards over my Turn1: are you looking for cash or store credit? Me: cash Turn1: ok no problem Guy starts looking through my cards then after around 5min he says, "I'm sorry I forgot I'm not allowed to do anymore cash buys today I just remembered

Wtf I drive over 45min to come this place and this is how they treat people People go elsewhere there's other places that actually want your business this place sure doesn't

I have sold cards at this location on a monthly often biweekly basis for around 4 years. Normally it's a 5 star interaction however this evenings customer service has caused this to be the last time I do any business here, I'll sell my cards and spend my money elsewhere. I'm sure the couple hundred bucks worth business a month from me doesn't matter that much to whoever owns this place and that ok I guess but service like this will eventually run more customers off...

I just wanna point out that the no cursing rule is beyond stupid,Yeah its a kids game. But these kids most likely have heard worse at home and or at school. But regardless of how I feel about the rule;Belittling someone and yelling at them in front of the whole store instead of pulling them aside to talk to them is ridiculous. David has always been rude and stand off-ish. but this takes the cake. Then its been almost a year since the stores AC has worked. Its completely unsafe to keep it that hot in that small of a store. Some people can not be in this heat,When we reported it all they did was bring in more fans. Lets not forget that it took them MONTHS to fix the female restroom. Now they are scalping their prices and giving little out....
